Boutique Hotel Smart Room Control Solution
Purpose-built for design-driven properties under 60 rooms. Elegant, intuitive, and fast to deploy — our boutique GRMS package delivers sophisticated room automation without the complexity or cost of large-scale systems.
Designed for Boutique Properties
Boutique hotels demand a guest room control solution that complements their design aesthetic while delivering reliable automation. Our system is engineered for properties with fewer than 60 rooms — where every detail matters and owner-operators expect a hands-on, high-quality experience. Pre-configured controllers ship ready to install, eliminating weeks of on-site programming. The compact enclosure design fits standard electrical rooms, and the minimalist touch panels are available in multiple finishes to match interior décor. From heritage conversions to new-build boutique hotels, the system adapts to the property rather than forcing the property to adapt to the technology.

Protocol & Integration
DALI Lighting
Digital Addressable Lighting Interface provides individual control of each luminaire. Broadcast and group commands enable smooth dimming from 0–100% across multiple light circuits. DALI is an open IEC standard (IEC 62386), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of fixture manufacturers and future-proofing the installation against vendor lock-in.
Modbus / BMS Gateway
For properties that integrate with a building management system, the RCU exposes room data via Modbus RTU or TCP. Engineering teams can monitor room occupancy, energy consumption, and device status from a central BMS dashboard. This is particularly valuable for boutique hotels that form part of a larger mixed-use development.
Wireless Options
In retrofit areas or listed buildings where running new cables is impractical, wireless Zigbee-based switches and battery-powered sensors provide a flexible alternative. A single wireless gateway per floor bridges these devices into the RCU network, maintaining full scene control and energy management without structural alteration.
Installation & Support
Every RCU controller is pre-commissioned at the factory according to your room type specifications, reducing on-site work to plug-and-play wiring. Our structured wiring diagrams are provided in both CAD and PDF formats, and we offer remote configuration support via video call during installation. For on-the-ground assistance, our network of local electrical partners across the Middle East and Southeast Asia can provide hands-on installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Post-installation, all controllers are backed by a 3-year warranty with optional annual maintenance contracts that include firmware updates, remote health checks, and priority replacement parts. This approach eliminates the typical 2- to 3-week on-site programming phase, allowing boutique hotels to open on schedule.
